My son had his new tablet for approximately 72 hours before he tried to force the charger into the port- breaking the port and leaving the new tab useless. It was amazing to receive that support. 10 minutes after receiving my package I had the port switched out, back together, and on the charger. When I saw the tablet charging I cried happy tears. this is the second replacement. hope it last longer than the first replacement of the original

Second time Ive ordered this one from the same seller and this one wasnt packaged in static proof plastic, ive replaced this USB port myself before without issue. Installed and immediately shorted the charging wire and could have caused a fire it got so hot so quick, relooked iver the work and same issue. Put the old in and no shorting but no charging either so the new one is bad out of the package.
