I returned this once already. It keeps running or doesn’t turn on. The second pump is exactly the same. It’s a shame because it’s so cute.

I’ve only used this a few times (only have had it a month) and it stopped working. My return window was last week unfortunately.

I bought this for a birthday party and it made my life so easy when I had to last minute blow up balloons. This is a party must have.

I bought this to blow up balloons for my daughter’s birthday, and it started lighting up on the inside, and it smelt burnt, came opened and used. I honestly would not recommend getting this for safety reasons and I’m quite surprised it’s still up on Amazon. I will 100,000% be returning.

its a complete disaster pump get really hot and stop working after an hour or less of using, the air is way more hotter than other balloons pump i have before .

For what it does it works just fine. Mine arrived missing a piece.

The product fell out of the box it was in which was just a regular Amazon box, it was dirty. One port doesnt work and Im missing one nozzle. Ill be returning it

Caught on fire after inflating 15 balloons!!!! WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!!!

I never like to leave bad reviews but I have to share what happened with this pump. I think we had blown up maybe 10 balloons when the box caught fire. I had to unplug the pump and immediately get it outside. The room we were working in filled with smoke. I threw the pump in the trash! Needless to say I was NOT happy. Total waste of money.
