> 3 dayThis bit is a waste of time and your money. The bit dulled on the first use. It cut through plywood with an extreme amount of tear out. It would not cut through hardwood. Save yourself some grief, and look to a different bit manufacturer.

> 3 dayFirst, it arrived on time!! ... about six hours before the deadline!! It looked just like the picture, with a cutting part on each side, and when I put it into the router chuck, it fit! :) When I turned on the router, the bit spun around very fast, just like the chuck! Oh, wow! ... and when I went to make a groove in a piece of pine, it zipped right along like that old hot knife through butter. So smoothly! Couldnt ask for better results ... heres hoping it lasts a long time :D

> 3 dayI was a little worried about using a 1/4 shank bit for slots without bending the shank. I set it up on a router table and adjusted the guide, and taking my time I slotted about 200 ft of softwood and 60 ft of hardwood and the bit worked fine. Some tearing of the softwood and a little scorching of the hardwood. Bit still looks good and my projects done.

> 3 dayThe bit did exactly what I needed it to do. Great value I feel. But I’m not a router bit junky. Just buy what I need for specific tasks

> 3 dayI was looking for an alternative to the $60 router bit that Trex sells to put a groove on one side of their solid decking for your Edge piece. I could not get any internet information to confirm that this router bit would indeed work, so I thought I would make that confirmation for the next guy. So long as you set your height based on the distance of the factory groove from the bottom of the piece to the bottom of your groove this thing will work all day at 20% the cost of Trex name brand router bit

Greater than one weekThis is a great bit for the money. Sharp and accurate. Dropped it a few times as well and the carbides havent chipped, so it seems pretty durable as well. Would buy again.

> 3 daySo far so good, works well. I wouldnt consider this a professional grade bit but its perfect for diy uses so no complaints from me. I have only used this on maple and found doing 2 passes with the second pass at full depth prevented chiping out peices. Very happy with the bit, I would definitely buy other bits in this brand. As others have mentioned seems a little more than a 1/4 inch in height but I was able to adjust my router base accordingly. Couldnt ask for more.
