I got this air hose not realizing that it had the larger ends, luckily, it came with step down fittings. I like the fact that it came with high flow ends for purposes that would need them. I have had some of the pvc style hoses and they always get brittle and crack so i like the hybrid design. This hose is good for general purpose applications.

I needed to replace my existing air house. I decided to give this one a try. It was impressive as to how small they were able to coil this to get it inside the box. It is decently flexible and easily uncoiled. Because all my current compressor connections and tools have quarter inch fittings I had to utilize the included smaller connectors. Everything I needed to covert this to quarter inch was included, including the Teflon tape. The hose and fittings are all high-quality and were very easy to work with. Overall, I am very happy with this product.

First – this 6’ whip hose has 3/8” quick couplers. Be aware that most home systems are ¼” couplers. Yotoo is making a real effort to produce competitive air products. I have several air compressors and use them to both run a fossil prep lab and to do occasional mechanical work. I never seem to have enough short hoses, and the ones I have tend to be stiffer than I would like. This one got my attention because the description emphasized quality of the hose material, and it did not disappoint. It is very flexible. It is light for a ½” hose. So, it is perfect as a lead in to a three headed splitter that I have 3 light duty tools attached to. I do not know whether the connectors are actually brass, but it is a bonus to have them included with the hose – and they are solidly installed with integral kink protection. The hose ends are standard brass pipe threads.

I decided to get these hybrid hoses for my home shop. While I still use 1/2 rubber hose for commercial jobs where they are subject to more abuse hybrid hoses are much lighter and smaller, more durable than polyurethane and more flexible than PVC which make them a great choice in my situation. These come with the large 3/8 industrial coupler and plug pre installed to take advantage of the larger hose size, I think they should have included high flow couplers rather than the 1/4 industrial couplers (or just left them out) , but it does include 2 3/8 to 1/4 reducers and a 1/4 M- style coupler and plug for those who need it and are not concerned about losing air flow. This is very flexible and coils up surprisingly small for a 1/2 hose.

So this hose seems good quality. Im using it from my air compressor to my hose reel in my garage and have had no leaks or issues. It came with some teflon and a couple air fittings. Not much else to say really. Its a short air hose. Most will use a 5/16 or 1/4 hose. 3/8 is pretty big so double check what your compressor runs best with.

The way they shipped this is was kinked but came out easily and holds air well. No concerns for a lead in hose.

I got this hose to use on a 7.5 HP compressor I use in my shop. I felt that some of my air tools, especially my air buffer and grinders, dont run at full capacity using my 3/8 hoses. I have tried the high volume disconnects, and they didnt seem to help. As a test, I ran my buffer at full with one of my 3/8 hoses, then connected this 1/2 hose and ran it again. Unfortunately, I dont have a tachometer for the buffer, but the sound difference was impressive, as was the increase in power of the tool. This is definitely worth it for volume, plus its very flexible compared to the other hoses so I am not fighting the hose when I use the tool. A good hose to have.

This is an industrial strength air hose! It is used in larger sized, usually commercial, air supply systems. So it is not going to be compatible with the typical 3/8 inch diameter hose fittings. It can be useful as an intermediate between an air source and a retractable hose reel for instance. That is the application I chose it for. The YOTOO Lead-In 1/2 Inch by Six Foot Air Hose is very well-made and should last a long time without worries! Both ends are encased in kink-proof and abrasion resistant strain reliefs. The fittings are well-made and function flawlessly. Very Impressed!

Shorter length hose works well in tight space. Works with the Compressor and Impact wrench. Holds up to 150 PSI thus far, and no leaks or other issues. Stays flexible in the cold winter air too.
