Gym clothes go in the front bottom section, lunch, snacks, wallet etc go in the middle, and my notebook and kindle go way in the back. Have also traveled twice with this bag. It fits so much stuff and easily fits under an airplane seat. When I go through security, the laptop, iPad and kindle are all in the back section. So I only have to open that section to take the out . No more digging through the entire bag!

This back pack has a front compartment which you place your sneakers in and keeps them separated. There are pockets to keep other gym necessities.
