Ive had this backpack since the beginning of this year and it has served me well by carrying my heavy books and laptop all over my campus. My only complaint is that the straps began to detach itself from the bag and I did try to put fewer books in there to make sure it doesnt rip but not sure if that did much. While it is pretty durable and has held much weight I am concerned that it might just fall out soon. Does anyone know how to get a hold of customer service for this product?

Haven’t given it to my daughter for Christmas yet but it seems to be well made and very roomy inside

Front pocket could use a double zipper pull. I returned it because the straps were too short for wearing over my winter coat. Besides that it was a great bag

Only negative was wished laptop section had a little better padding. Other than that great size comfortable to use for traveling. Fit perfectly under the seat.

I brought this bag with to take my dad to have surgery! It was amazing! There is plenty of storage and space inside! I would buy again!

Little hard to shut when full.

This laptop bag is perfect! The straps and hardware are sturdy. Can easily pack my laptop, external keyboard, mouse and two travel monitors as well as an umbrella and insulated tumbler and other items without issue! I dont know how I made it without it!!!

It looks small, but it’s not hot my laptops paperwork and everything I need to transport has plenty of pockets with zippers to put my supplies in.
