*** update: the seller contacted ne to learn more about the problem and then sent a replacement! I really liked this backpack. It has a lot if storage and looks nice, but today the strap buckle thingy broke and cut my hand. Unfortunately the return window has passed. Now I cant tighten the straps

For the price, this is a functional work machine. I ordered one, the top zipper was rough so I returned it and ordered again. All zippers are working as they should. I purchased for a trip while waiting for rotator surgery. It worked perfectly and ha now replaced my school Vera Bradley bag! Cute. Lightweight. So many nooks-n-crannies.

Well I loved this bag right up until my zipper messed up. This bag is roomy, love the pockets. It is a very roomy bag, my recommendation do not over load it. I can fit my laptop in this. I could fit a change of clothes, medicine bag, tumbler, notary supplies. I would recommend this bag even for a diaper bag.
