This backpack is very nice! It was very nice for what I bought it for.

Ive had this backpack since the beginning of this year and it has served me well by carrying my heavy books and laptop all over my campus. My only complaint is that the straps began to detach itself from the bag and I did try to put fewer books in there to make sure it doesnt rip but not sure if that did much. While it is pretty durable and has held much weight I am concerned that it might just fall out soon. Does anyone know how to get a hold of customer service for this product?

Would buy again. I was a little hesitant when purchasing, but I used this backpack yesterday & I was well pleased. So many little pockets & more than enough room. The only thing I don’t like is that the charger does not work as expected. I don’t mind it because I have portable chargers that I can carry, but it would have been a perfect purchase had it worked with my phone.

Front pocket could use a double zipper pull. I returned it because the straps were too short for wearing over my winter coat. Besides that it was a great bag

I absolutely love this bag. It has a large opening to make it easier to get things in and out, mesh pockets on the inside for my water bottles. I really like the sturdy shape it has which is so different than most other backpacks.

This book bag is perfect for carrying my laptop and other work items. Love the charger capability for when I am not around a charger or outlet.

Bought this for a flight to Europe. Storage was fantastic. The only downside was the top zipper required two hands to open and close. When you are traveling, you need to access the inside for passport, etc., but you don’t usually have two free hands to do it. I would have to set it down somewhere to zip it open/closed. Other than that, it was wonderful and very well made.

This laptop bag is perfect! The straps and hardware are sturdy. Can easily pack my laptop, external keyboard, mouse and two travel monitors as well as an umbrella and insulated tumbler and other items without issue! I dont know how I made it without it!!!

I own one and love it...so I bought one for our high school graduate going off to college next fall.

I love that it has so many pockets for designated items. It’s the perfect personal item bag for traveling on a plane. I’m thinking about buying one for work as well
