These are perfect for hanging outside holiday lights etc. Install is super easy..I didnt even need to predrill at all. A bit of hand strength..push it in the wood get it started and keep on twisting..viola! Hooks go up easy. Plastic coated..good quality..good size..not one in package was damaged or broke during install. Very inexpensive compared to big box stores. You wont regret this purchase.

Vinyl coated hook. Good coverage on the vinyl coating, no drips. Screw size is about a #12, around 1/2 inch or so is exposed.
