> 3 dayFor the DIY maker this is a must have for video shorts of your product. Its not a high end device, but it works well for a 15 second short showing your product fully. I make jewelry, the device is not super smooth moving, so my earrings needed to be supported to keep from jiggling while in motion. I can see why having a remote could be helpful. This one was recommended for resin coated tumblers, which of course would not have any of the issues that Im having with more light weight items. However, this turntable is still useful for my purposes. Turning the item on and off also agitates the items, so I am figuring out how to work with that. Otherwise the product is working well. The item is exactly as shown and functions as stated. There are no flaws and cosmetic issues with the product. Its very quiet, the item was a bit difficult to close once the batteries were in. The usb cable works but I prefer the batteries for ease of use. I have no complaints. Its a great value. Ill update over time with longevity information. For now I can confirm that this is an authentic product and is the actual item shown in the photos. 5 stars

> 3 dayThe rotation is accomplished by pulsing the motor in milliseconds. Its fine for small objects. My object was 8 diameter so the pulsing motor created a visibly jittery motion on the object, bad for photography.
