Zacurate Pro Series 500DL Fingertip Pulse Oximeter Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor with Silicon Cover, Batteries and Lanyard (Royal Black)

Greater than one weekThis monitor actually does a pretty good and quick job of tracking your pulse and oxygen saturation. It is probably around 5 points off based off of the other devices I used in conjunction with this to check the accuracy. This takes pretty basic batteries and can be replaced without much issue. Comes with a silicone cover which is also nice to help protect the monitor when resting. I would definitely recommend if you need something fairly inexpensive to track your pulse and oxygen saturation.

Greater than one weekHandy to have. At one of the times I got sick, the oximeter seemed to have stopped working….it was because it was having a hard time detecting oxygen and it turned out that my O2 was lower that it’s ever been. Urgent care confirmed that.

> 3 dayThis is my second purchase of this product. The first I used at home the second was a gift to my parents. They use it daily and have no problems. This unit is simple to use and the screen is large and clear.

> 3 dayBought just to have available for potential future illness. Since they’re so cheap these days it seems like a good idea to keep at home next to the thermometer. As far as I can tell it appears accurate. I get the same pulse measurement when I take my pulse manually. I do recommend giving the pulse reading a minute or two after you start the device before you trust it. It does seem to need a moment to read your pulse before it becomes accurate, which I guess makes sense. Can’t speak to the accuracy of the oxygen reading since I don’t have anything to compare it against except to say the reading indicates my blood oxygen is normal and I’m currently not ill.
