The suitcase itself is fine, but the shoulder strap included with it broke the very first trip I took with it, and now the return window has closed. Annoying to have to carry by handles instead of over my shoulder.

I ordered this bag and a second larger bag from another company with the intention of checking both bags out and returning one of them after I saw their size, quality, etc. This bag is smaller than the other one I ordered but since it is so well made, will be great for shorter trips and for when I am traveling alone, I decided to keep both bags. This one will be great for when I do not want to check a bag. Thanks to the seller for their commitment to customer service, it is refreshing!

Well made. Holds a lot. It zips to about 20x22 square. Bigger than I expected. It pushes the size limit for carry-on but I’m going to try.

Excellent Garment bag! Very stylish and sturdy! It fits my dresses perfectly including my evening gown! It just fold up t hff e bottom half of the dress and off I go! Theres even a place to fit my shoes and accessories! Love it!

I had to travel for work for three months straight and had to carry multiple suits with me. This bag did exactly what I needed it to fitting three suits, two pairs of shoes, ties, belts, and other accessories. The other pockets were handy and the front pocket was great for storing my portfolio and some stationary and pens. I checked in the bag each flight I had since it is on the larger side and wouldnt be too much fun lugging around airports and the bag is still in great shape despite the beating they take while traveling. Overall, this bag was very functional doing what I needed it to and I would recommend it to anyone in need of a garment bag.

Currently active duty military and I have A LOT of uniforms to lug around and so far this bag seems durable enough for lots of traveling. I was suprised by the amount of room this bag has! I have fit just about all my uniforms in it and the bag still is still able to zip up all the way.

Great garment bag - tons of storage as well as a pocket for laptop and other tech needed for business travel. Great service and follow up from the company.
