> 3 dayIm on a high-fat/moderate protein/low-carb keto diet, so I must replenish electrolytes every day and supplement my vitamins. Im not a good pill taker (I forget), but since I drink two or more liters of water a day, Zipfizz is a great solution (no pun intended). Ive tried five of the flavors and found some to be too sweet. I think the pink lemonade is my favorite because its not so sweet or candy tasting. Zipfizz is fairly concentrated, flavor-wise. For my own taste preference, I dilute by half--so a half-tube per liter of water (I also add salt, which helps offset the sweetness). Its a nice change from plain water and helps me with my electrolytes and gives a little energy boost.
