I think this was a marketing scam. nothing about this product screams 120 bucks worth. now 25 maybe 50 tops is a fair deal. the sound is fine but nothing special. for my ears the fit well but when adjusting them your prone to touch the controls and pause or skip your video or song. this is especially annoying when watching YouTube. it took a minute to get the buds to pair and the left bud was having issues charging. I dont know if I got a refurbished product or if its made this poorly. now I took a q-tip to the charging dock and was able to stabilize the left bud so it would charge but this was too much work . like I said for 25 these are good throw away headphones. do not pay more than 50 at best.

Q1: How to solve the problem of volume and charging?
A1: Clean the charging contacts, and mesh of ear tips with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging or sound volume.
Q2: How to solve the problem with only one-side earbuds having sound?
A2: Please check if turn on both earbuds, long tap the both Right and Left "MFB" buttons to turn on the earbuds.
Q3: How to handle the situations when the earbuds drop into the water?
A3: If the earbuds get wet, shake the water out of the earbuds, gently tap-dry each with a towel, and allow them to air dry completely, before placing them in the charging case!
