ZoneAlarm Extreme Security | Get Protected with a Complete Premium Protection! (License) (5 Devices for 1 Year)

I though this product was reasonably priced, considering it was for 5 devices of any type (PC or mobile). The delivery was delayed for some unknown reason, and so it took over a week to receive it. Now, from the picture in the Amazon listing, it looked like this was to be a boxed package with a CD; however, it was only an envelope that contained the license code and a weblink for downloading it. I didnt mind the delay that much, but I still thought it was not right. As far as the product, everything went fine for the first 3 PC installations. However, when I tried the 4th install, the license key failed. I then had to contact ZoneAlarm to try and rectify the situation. At first they said it was for mobile only...which clearly wasnt correct. I explained to them that I obtained it through Amazon and so they asked me to provide the order information. A couple of days later I received a set of 5 temporary licenses to use while they sorted out the issue. That installed fine. I tried the 5th PC with the original key and it still didnt work, so I used one of temp keys for that install as well. They did not say if they thought is was something to do with their product or not, but since the incident was being worked through their marketing organization, I think they suspect it may be a product representation issue. Meanwhile, Im happy with ZoneAlarm, Im OK with Amazon, but Im not so sure about the company who distributed the license. If I find out any resolution, I will try to remember to post an update.

This ZA was for 5 devices. The first 3 installed without a problem. When I tried to install on the fourth device, the activation key did not work. ZA said the key was invalid. I used the same key that worked on the first 3 devices. I spent several hours chatting with ZA with no solution. The problem was elevated and after 3 days I received an email telling me the ZA found and solved the problem. By that time I had given up and reinstalled my previous ZA and and renewed the license on all 4 devices. All told I wasted 8 to 10 hours with multiple CLEAN uninstalls and installs when a simple renewal was just a few dollars more!
