Description said two pack... one showed up.

I would say they must have taken note of reviews regarding packing. The bulbs were wrapped in the big bubble bubble wrap. (My 4yo is enjoying them, because they’re loud & she can step on them to pop them. lol) Then they were placed in a 6x6x30 box. The box made it in good shape, but it could have easily handled some bumping around. Both bulbs are installed, and the Box Turtle & BD are going to be happy campers! …Maybe not as happy as my 4yo, who is maniacally giggling and stomping bubbles, as I type. Hahaha Thanks for packing so nicely, Jo!

It was upsetting that the end of the light was defected:

Have not had them for long, so can’t say they have a long life span. Just what we needed for our Bearded Dragon. Easy to install and doesn’t get hot to the touch.

I really love these lights, but they took about 3 weeks to get here. That was a little frustrating, but these are the only lights I will buy.

Pretty staight foward. its a light bulb and it does what its supposed to do, but way cheaper than youll find them at stores.

Worked great for 2.5 months each then died. For the cost they should last longer. Very disappointed.

I really like this brand of reptile lights. In the past they have always lasted at least 6 months. Im very unhappy with the amount of time these lasted. I want replacement sent to me at no charge. Then I will continue to order more in the future.

great bulbs

Order came in one day early! I usually give the light bulbs a gentle shake to make sure nothing is broken. One light is completely smashed. The other light works since I test them before I put them in. Not sure how to go about only replacing one light bulb and just keeping the one that I have.
