My son is 3, but on the larger side (hes about 36-38 lbs) and quite tall, so I got him a 4T and they fit perfectly fine-Id actually verge to say they fall a bit on the smaller side slightly, so if you have any doubts about sizing, I would suggest to go a little larger. The designs are really cute, and he likes them more than a lot of the regular underwear because theyre so bright and colorful.
