These are a definitive upgrade to the old-skool banana clip claws that look like vulture talons. Ive always had a longstanding love-hate relationship with them, because while they do seem to break my hair less than tight ponytails, they also just scream I couldnt be bothered with my hair. But these just look very smart — a more modern shape, matte (rather than glossy) finish, and neutral colors that will look great with any hair color. A serious level-up for a ubiquitous hair product. I have pretty thin hair (decent amount of hair, but the hair itself is fine). These have a firm, firm hold (theyre almost hard to open) and its unbudgeable. But I think theyll hold a ton of thick hair, too. BIG fan and my friend with thick hair saw these and wanted them, so I scored her some too. Highly giftable — theyre sweetly packed in a pretty array in a nice box.

These hair clips are a great set of colors. I love the neutrals. They look really good in my hair. The mechanism is sturdy, and the clips hold well. They do not slip. I especially like these coated clips as they do not break as easily as the plastic. I have hip-length hair, and these clips can hold all my hair up on a hot day.

It is not perfect since they have little scratches here and there, but so little so its okay. bigger than I thought, and hold my fine hair good, it stays up there. it does the job

These come in a box which makes them giftable. Great quality. Beautiful, matte neutral colors. For the size they actually hold a really good amount of hair. They are well made and have held up very well. Great value for the price.

I cannot believe how much I really love these claw clips!! I like that they are matte and have two different shapes. They are very sturdy and really give a good grip to your hair. They came in such a nice box too! Bonus items of cute little hair ties were also in the box! I need this set, but half the size for my half up hair days!!
