It’s sturdy in all positions , it wakes when opened , holds my pencil, feels good in my hands , looks classy and has nice protection all the way around. Can say enough - just love it!! Only reservation is that the flip side which is used as a base and a cover for the ipad pro, will collect dirt and dust particles when it is laid out, on any table surface...........and that is not very practical for any tablets plastic or glass front. Possibility of scratching maybe if the suede like inside cover is not taken care of, almost after every use. Otherwise, clever design and robust ipad pro cover. I own a 2017 iPad pro 12.9 inch. Nice fit as well:)
