Finally Zugu Alpha Case for iPad Pro 12.9 2020 arrived on Diwali Day surprisingly before delivery date.

I was very very very disappointed and upset. The reviews were so good that I bought this case for my new iPad despite the price. When I applied the case to my iPad the lock button was stuck and didn’t work. The volume keys were pressed randomly, too, and not working afterwards. And of course, both the lock key and the volume keys were pressed so the iPad was going nuts, turning itself off and on repeatedly. I was so worried that the case would break my iPad that I quickly removed the case. I assure you that I tried to fit my iPad into this case several times because I initially thought that I did something wrong when I fit the iPad into this case. Maybe it is a really good case as many people say, but this is my experience and you can also get a defective one. I was also wondering if many other people had this issue but it was not mentioned anywhere for some reason......

its nothing I dont like about this case

This was not my first ZUGU case for my iPad pro, just time to get a new one. OH MAN do I love the improvements. Love the new color. Love everything about this case. I highly recommend this product!

I ordered this specifically for the color and it was spot on perfect!! Also the quality is excellent. Durable, lightweight and the feature to position it at several angles is awesome. Several family members have this in different colors and they are all perfect.

Zugu Alpha cases in black and blue colors for iPad 12.9 2020 release are both made of very good materials. See photos for weigh comparison of each one. Blue case is slightly heavier than the black one. However, the Blue color was easier to put on my iPad 12.9 compared to the Black color. I have no explanation for that except that the other colors might have been fine tuned or refined versions of the black case? I kept the Blue case and returned the Black one.

Love the magnetic feature on this, it doesn’t move around or slide off track while drawing, will definitely be buying another, will see how long it’s last.
