Actually, Id give this 41/2 stars. For anyone who does not need all of the bells and whistles of the microsoft products, Chromebooks are the way to go. They are netbooks that use all of the G-Suite products by Google. For students, this is a great product. The Acer is lovely. The 13.5 inch screen is BIG. I have a 10 inch for work and the 13 blows it away. Its fast as well. It runs all of the internet games and videos in high quality. Like all other Crhromebooks, its instant on.. It is light, but could be lighter. My one complaint is the hinge holding the screen to the keyboard seems a bit flimsy. I havent broken it, or anything, but I try to pick it up by the front end. The flip feature works really well. When I want to read a book on Google Play or Kindle Cloud Reader, the screen easily flips back and the laptop acts like a tablet.

Pros: plenty of processing and RAM power to run apps.

Very much enjoying my new Chromebook. It is a fast machine, with good display. I enjoy flipping it into a tent or tablet for screening and streaming.

I cant compare this to other Chromebooks, because well, shes my first. But I can compare it to other notebooks that Ive used... and my overall impression is excellent. Battery life, boot time, reliability, everything, just works.

I picked this up at Costco when it was a few bucks less than Amazon. No regrets! If youre familiar with the Chromebook concept, its super easy to use and especially easy to maintain thanks to regular automatic updates. Also, its not the target for hacking and malware that Microsoft is. My only gripe is its a bit heavy to use in the tablet mode as a reader.

I bought this as an upgrade from the Acer R11. I am very happy with my purchase.

This product was a wast of money I brought it brand new and it stopped working 5 months after having it. I’m incredibly disappointed.

While the graphics are great and the screen size is perfect, the hinge is so loose that whenever I use the touch screen the screen wobbles. Its SUPER annoying. Getting very frustrated that I cant find a chromebook that compares to my older acer. Im going to give it a few more days to see of its annoying enough to return.
