I ordered these magnets hoping that I could use them to keep my cover from flying off my Trager grill. You never know when a gust of wind will get under the grill and strip the cover off, leaving your expensive grill exposed to rain. The hooks make it easy to pull the magnets off the grill surface. If not for the hooks. it would be really difficult to get them off. I just placed them on the cover surface to secure it to the grill. I then tried to pull the cover off by hand. I could not budge the cover. The Trager cover comes with grommet holes that are meant to hold the cover in place with some straps that run under the belly of the grill. Who wants to get under there and then loop the strap ends in to the grommets. We have high winds today and my cover appears to be glued in place. I am going to add some sort of buffer, maybe tape to the magnet surface, to lessen pressure and possibly damage to the cover. In summary , really satisfied with this purchase.

These things could hold air plane wings on. I kid, but seriously they are no joke. These are the strongest magnets I have ever come across. Takes a while to get them because they cannot fly on airplanes but worth the money if youre really needing something to stay in place.

Very strong magnets allow them to hold quite a bit of weight. Bought for metal lockers. They work great.

Nice and strong. Only critical comment would be make sure you have the hooks twisted in really tight as they untwist easy.

I use these on my refrigerator for keys and my purse. I have never had issues with these sliding, even when my purse is full.

I was skeptical at first. But these work great everywhere. They are even strong enough to attach to the screws and nails in the drywall with decent force! Great buy!
