Pretty good. Actually trastes better without ice. Im a woman and need something to build muscle but not add fat on a small frame (5 ft. 100 lbs). Used isopure before and it did better adding muscle but also added a lot of fat to my waist and made my skin break out.

Not an extravagant flavor, but it tastes good when mixing with water. I have two scoops after every workout and Ive noticed a bit of a plateau when I havent been taking it consistently. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about getting in shape.

first off this is the best protein product you can buy. there is no competition. I have tried chocolate mint, banana creme(my old favorite) and just had my 1st taste of white chocolate which instantly made me need to review this product. Utterly delicious i dont even understand how this is a supplement. it tastes like a freaking milkshake. 5 out of 5

Ive been a fan of Optimum Nutrition for years; Ive tried the strawberry (regular and natural), vanilla, chocolate, white chocolate and the toffee almond what-the-heck-ever flavor, and theyve all been good if not great. They taste good blended with some peanut butter and light vanilla Silk as well as with just plain water. I also experience less bloating with this powder than others. The only whey protein I recommend more than this is Isoflex, but that one costs nearly double so if youre on a working class budget and want good quality, this is it.

Give this to my 95-y.o. father, who does not eat much. I want him to have additional daily protein intake, so I add to milk shakes or morning cereals. More economical than adding the brand name ensure drink, which has more sugar than needed, and he likes the chocolate flavor!

I’ve use this proteins for a while and my recent purchase does NOT taste the same. Did the ingredients change??

Good protein, solid brand. The value is ok, you can find proteins with a better ratio of protein per dollar, but the quality of this protein is unmatched.

I just tried the WHITE CHOCOLATE flavor for the first time and its pretty good. It has more of a vanilla flavor than a white chocolate flavor, but in all honesty its good. If you like vanilla Im sure youll like this flavor. One thing Ive noticed is that the amount of water can really change the flavor of the protein. This is my first time trying Gold Standard from ON and I enjoy it. I will definitely buy more Gold Standard from now on.

After only a few weeks of use can see results, and it takes great. I mix it with almond milk and there are no clumps!

My husband uses this product to make his daily protein drink. It is tasty and nutritious! We appreciate that it saves buying bottled protein drinks and saves space in our small house.
