This wool roving works really well for felting.

I bought this for my 8 year old son because he loves soft textures and he creates crafts with this wool. Keeps him busy for hours.

This is a really great wool! Im a pretty new needle felter, but it felts up nicely and easily for me~ The color is true to the picture, and the box is packed full!

Very nice quality roving, weighed a bit more than 8 oz. on my scale. Uniform in color and consistent throughout, the only improvement I can think of is a slightly heavy-duty box, as Amazon shipped in a padded envelope.

Excellent quality, I hate to use it for needle felt base.

I use this natural product for birds. I have a wire holder that I put cut pieces in for birds to use in nest building.
