> 24 hourI am no expert so it took me a while but I think I finally got it down. All my connections work. Took these pics to help me. Maybe they will help you. Did need to buy a tool (jic-375) to at least strip outer blue jacket and inner nylon (yellow/white) insulation off the acetate coating around the glass fiber. The other tool this kit provided seemed adequate to remove the acetate coating.

> 24 hourIve used fiber cables for many years. These seem no different than any others. I only know that they work, but have no way of measuring specs or verifying speeds. i would buy again.

> 24 hourEvery fiber cable is orange. Why? Get some teal ones. Why? Because teal is such a bizarre color for a patch cable. On top of that, you get to shoot lasers through them, and it seems to just be cooler that the red laser goes through a teal encased tube of glass. Ends are well made, that’s all that really matters. The connect and disconnect easily and hold up. Ends not teal. Can’t have it all.

> 24 hourWhat can I say? It’s fiber optic cable. It works and it carries light quickly! It’s flexible (For fiber optic cable), lightweight, and durable.
