It’s perfect, just what I was looking for. I was a little concerned when I’ve read a review that the roll of wrap rolls too loosely because of the wooden rode came with the box is small. However, I customized the original KirkLand plastic wrap rode by sanding the back ends of it to fit into the box perfectly.

This extra large wrap dispenser is very nice, and fits a very large capacity roll and has a dowel rod instead of having the roll just sit in the box. It works well for 12 inch wide material. With the dowel it dispenses very smoothly the whole time, which is very nice. The hinges to open it have stop to keep the lid propped when changing out the roll.

I like to bulk cook many meals at once and so buy large rolls of plastic wrap and foil to cover the food with for freezing. Those large rolls wouldn’t fit in my kitchen drawers and so I left them sitting out on the counter. Not a great look. This wood box looks much better than the cardboard. I don’t love the look of the latch but it serves its purpose. The cutter works perfect so far. The big rolls do clunk around inside the box when pulling. I’m not sure how to stop that. Also comes with labels and some table protectors. Overall this is a really nice upgrade and I don’t have to cringe seeing it out on my counters.

Yes, this box does look much, much better on my counter than the cardboard box for my professional-size plastic wrap. The sliding cutter tool works perfectly, but, I was so disappointed to find that the roll of plastic wrap thumps and bumps inside the box when I pull on it. In the cardboard box, there are plastic endpieces that are molded to the correct size to hold the center cardboard tube that holds the plastic wrap. The roll of plastic wrap would roll smoothly on those endpieces. The wooden box, on the other hand, has a wooden dowel of about one inch that rests in u-shaped brackets at the ends. This means that the cardboard tube doesnt fit tightly, and the roll of wrap thumps around in the box as I pull. I tried to put the plastic endpieces into the wooden box, but they dont fit. I might try to rig up something to stop the thump, but at this point, Im not sure if Im going to keep using it or go back to the cardboard box. The wooden box looks so good, but Im not sure its worth the noise amd hassle of the extra force needed to pull the wrap off the unbalanced roll inside.

We got a GIANT roll of food sealer bag (150foot roll) a month or so ago and the cutter on the box didnt work well. We got this as a replacement box for it and it is amazing! Giant :-) But perfect for what we were needing. My husband did have to make the notches that the rod slips into that holds the roll, but that was just to be able to fit our large roll. The box that we received is really well made, the cutter cuts well, and the latch keeps the boxed closed nicely. It is really nice to have a nice looking box to keep my food saver bags in instead of in the original cardboard box that they came in. So we were only able to fit about 3/4 of the 150ft roll of food saver bags in this, but they are multiple layers and super thick plastic. I see it actually fitting 3,000 feet of plastic wrap or 500-1,000 feet of foil like it says. This is a great upgrade for any professional kitchen or someone that does a lot of food prepping!

The box is very sturdily built with the cutter already attached to the box making it ready to use without the need for any assembly. The coloring of the bamboo is very even and uniform for the most part. The box that I received had a black stain that is about 3 long on the back of the box. I tried washing it off but sadly it is not going anywhere. The edges are smooth and clean and there is no need to worry about splinters. The dowel that holds the cling wrap is able to slide and suspend gracefully due to built in cutouts. I was able to fit a 750 feet roll from Costco with ease and still had plenty of room to spare. Sadly, the Costco Parchment does not fit in this container as the length of the parchment is too long for this particular box. The cutter made a clean and neat cut effortlessly. The manufacturer even included two stickers for each of the following items: aluminum foil, foil sheets, plastic wrap, parchment, wax paper, butcher paper, freezer paper, and kraft paper. The sticker has a clear background with the text in dark black. The box looks very sleek on the countertop or can be placed inside a larger cupboard if you have the space. Overall, I think this is a well made product that did a fantastic job cutting through plastic wrap, wax paper, and foil with ease.

The only one that accommodates club size foil and cellophane. So far so good and great quality.

Its ok, I mean it does hold the 3000 ft roll, but the construction and latch is very cheap looking , the roll does occasionally get hung up and needs to be readjusted, but yea, its ok
