> 3 dayBoy this puts down nice lines. Ive only printed PETG with this so far. My prints are smoother than they were with the stock Ender 3 nozzle.

> 3 dayFirst nozzle wore out after 1/2 a roll of filament. I decided to get a good look of my second and the machined surfaces are jagged and terrible. This is also not a good hardened steel, a file eats right through it. Took a close up picture of an un used second, and it looks horrible.

> 3 dayGoing to give it one more try, but after getting my z offset dialed in for the difference in the length of this tip vs the original, everything seemed to be printing ok for the first few hours, then it clogged up. It was also leaving discoloration in the PLA in occasional spots. Making adjustments and going to try again. Will probably end up returning it and just stocking up on brass nozzles, if I want to do abrasive materials. Update: after further adjustments it printed a bit longer, but still clogged up after about 7 hours.

> 3 dayI will need to update. Havent tried to print anything yet. Looked under microscope and seems less round than free nozzle that came with some filament. Could be a brass vs steel thing but seems very rough. Maybe performance will be fine. Ive attached a photo of each.

> 3 dayYuk!! Great for glow in the dark filament. But using stander filaments started to clog. End up replace original nozzle.

> 3 dayI placed this in my Ender 3. This was one of multiple upgrades. I leveled the bed and made sure everything was perfect. I printed probably 10 to go 15 smaller prints, none were quite right. I made several adjustments attempting to make this nozzle work, I couldnt do it! After hours and hours of troubleshooting I decided to replace the nozzle with a brass nozzle, much like the one that came with my printer. Upon removing the hardened steel nozzle I noticed the hole was extremely small. I tried to clean it out with my tip cleaner ( this tip cleaner is exactly 0.4mm) it wouldnt fit! Its at that moment I realized the hole was not only too small it was off center.... I think I will stick with brass from now on. Oh once I replaced the nozzle, all my problems went away, immediately!

> 3 dayThis did not work on my ender 3. The nozzle threads failed to seal and resulted in filament leaking from between hotend and nozzle.
