> 24 hourOther reviewers evidently got something different than I did today (12/13/21). After reading the reviews, I waited to receive my order before drilling into my project. I had already used my 2-inch hole saw on a scrap of plywood to test it. When my order came today, it slid in with only a VERY little gap around the edge. Not overly snug, but certainly nothing that needs shimming. It will turn easily within the hole, but not jiggle around loosely from side to side. In other words, exactly the amount needed. Im using it inside a workshop wall cabinet so that a cord to my power tools battery chargers on that shelf can go through from the wall receptical.

> 24 hourThe device falls out of a 2 inch hole so add to the cost, a tube of glue. Would be nice if a TWO INCH grommet actually fit a 2 inch hole.

> 24 hourItem as described. The top pops off to allow cords to fit through and then attach cover back on. Plastic is sturdy for the price. True to size.

> 24 hourIt’s easy to install if you have the right hole saw and drill. Invest in a good one cause the cheaper brands don’t cut through as clean. It’s good for basic devices but if you have thicker cords I’d recommend a bigger size. The top does come off if needed, but I don’t like seeing the giant hole on my desk.

> 24 hourI installed a built in desk top in one of the rooms used as an office. I used a standard 2 coring bit for the hole. The grommet is unfortunately loose and I need to adhere it to the surface.

> 24 hourIf you are like me and drilled your 2 inch holes with a 2 inch hole saw prior to these arriving you will be disappointed. The correct hole size is 1 7/8. They wiggle and wobble in the holes. Had to wrap a couple layers of electrical tape to get them to fit snug inside a 2 inch hole.
