I have zero experience with systems like this but I do have a basic understanding of electronic controls. The installation instructions are clear and easy to follow with color pictures and graphics describing each components function. The operation of the software is also well documented and simple to follow and setup. I had a couple questions on software operation and how to add a remote exit so we can buzz someone in from the receptionists desk. These were all promptly and completely answered via email. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality door access system with some DIY skills.

Everything from the installation to the set up of the system is smooth and easy. I have installed three of these at my place of business with multiple styles of exit buttons, motion sensor and even attached a gate opener being controlled by this software using fob monitored control. Any issues you encounter you will get great support from this company with video and step by step instruction.

This is a perfectly good functioning Solution, and Ive put in 2 of these Access Control Systems in at different buildings for different locations. Yes, it does take some technical knowledge, and an investment of time to learn how to set it up, program it and test it, but there is nothing broken or inferior with this solution, no matter what other reviewers have said. I have had to reach out to support for assistance, on a couple of items and Ive been in the Tech Field for 30+ years, but the support is responsive and on-point.

We added this product to our office. We had a few technical questions, which the seller was extremely quick and helpful in resolving. We use both the keypad and RFID components and so far it has been 100% reliable. I do recommend connecting the controller to a UPS, so the doors will remain locked should there be a power outage.

The install and setup of this is very straight forward. Programing is easy and understandable.

The access control system was very easy to install and seems to be robust at this pint of time ( we have had it active for about 1 month now ). Above the product quality is the superior technical support ( BEST IN CLASS ) we received that was quick, to the point, easy to follow and extremely knowledgeable . Strongly recommend this system for any small office environment and I believe you will be extremely happy and satisfied with the support of the installation and programming elements. You really do not look further than this system for your access controls needs.
