ordered 2 of the 4 door access control systems. I have over 20 years of experience in the security/home entertainment industry, so the majority of the programming was really easy for me. there were a couple of hidden features that I needed to implement, so I emailed Tech support to find out where they were, and how to access them. I got same day ( hours really ) response, and the instructions were decisive, and easy to follow. I am using the access systems at my Church for main entry and also for security for the childrens area.
