Purchased this product for some doors installed in our facility and the quality of the system is great. easy to install if you are handy and you have no pervious experience. needed help with some questions and a problem and the customer support has been above and beyond with email and video chat I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a safe and secure entry system!!!

The install and setup of this is very straight forward. Programing is easy and understandable.

The access control system was very easy to install and seems to be robust at this pint of time ( we have had it active for about 1 month now ). Above the product quality is the superior technical support ( BEST IN CLASS ) we received that was quick, to the point, easy to follow and extremely knowledgeable . Strongly recommend this system for any small office environment and I believe you will be extremely happy and satisfied with the support of the installation and programming elements. ordered 2 of the 4 door access control systems. I have over 20 years of experience in the security/home entertainment industry, so the majority of the programming was really easy for me. there were a couple of hidden features that I needed to implement, so I emailed Tech support to find out where they were, and how to access them. I got same day ( hours really ) response, and the instructions were decisive, and easy to follow. I am using the access systems at my Church for main entry and also for security for the childrens area.

Install was easy. Not super easy to configure but they response very quickly to my emails. Twice I needed help to configure things I wanted my doors to do. They replied with instructions, video and links to help. Fixed what I wanted to configure with their instructions.

Great item filled a perfect need. Got two systems that integrate well with the desktop software. Will buy this again for another location. For most safety situations get door motion sensors, and battery backup.
