My daughter got into rock collecting and a few months ago we finished our first month-long rock tumble of our own. The results were good... but I noticed a lot of the rocks had broken apart in the last few stages. The rock tumbler I bought suggested filler media like this, so for our second go I tried these out. SO MUCH BETTER! I dont think any of the rocks broke apart and these things still look brand new. They should start packing these with rock tumblers!

I ordered 4 pounds of media and only received half, extremely disappointing

Love these rounds beads instead of the cylinder ones. These are stronger. Won’t crumble after the first round of tumbling

This beads are small so they can carry grit into tight spots and do a great job providing cushion for the stones in the last two tumbling rounds of 4.
