> 3 dayThey are very tiny but will help cushion softer stones, and carry the grit into the nooks and crannies. Will definitely buy more.

Greater than one weekMy daughter got into rock collecting and a few months ago we finished our first month-long rock tumble of our own. The results were good... but I noticed a lot of the rocks had broken apart in the last few stages. The rock tumbler I bought suggested filler media like this, so for our second go I tried these out. SO MUCH BETTER! I dont think any of the rocks broke apart and these things still look brand new. They should start packing these with rock tumblers!

> 3 dayThis beads are small so they can carry grit into tight spots and do a great job providing cushion for the stones in the last two tumbling rounds of 4.

> 3 dayLittle did I know, rock rumbler’s need aggregate filler! I only discovered this recently and it’s made a HUGE difference in the finished product. • prevents damage/breakage of rocks. • smooths the surface of your rocks quickly compared to using grits alone. • reusable! And they last a long time (see middle photo - the roughly rice-sized pieces are barely worn after about 5 weeks of tumbling. • cost effective. Verdict: HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Greater than one weekReally love having this ceramic filler to prevent broken rocks. But upgrading to spheres has been great. I really love these and will be using them from now on instead. Much gentler on my rocks and is better at getting them smooth.

> 3 dayThis seems to help fill up tumbler to appropriate level however due to the tiny ceramic balls, they are a pain in the butt when separating them as they fall through my strainer when rinsing tumbled rocks.
