The description on this product is not described on how product is used you have to rub it on a towel or paper to shine the balloon its not only spray and done really upset on that

I couldn’t say it made my balloons Shiney it was spotty and runny no matter how far back I sprayed

I’m making a balloon arch for my daughter party and saw a product to make the balloons shinny instead of dull. Followed all the instructions that came on the bottle. I sprayed one side of the balloon to see if I could see a difference and I’m very pleased!!

The residue it leaves behind is white and not the best balloon shine I have used better
