I’m making a balloon arch for my daughter party and saw a product to make the balloons shinny instead of dull. Followed all the instructions that came on the bottle. I sprayed one side of the balloon to see if I could see a difference and I’m very pleased!!

I couldn’t say it made my balloons Shiney it was spotty and runny no matter how far back I sprayed

It created a cloudy balloon. Cant believe I tried this on a clients balloons, she said you could actually tell where the stuff had been sprayed
