Have bought similar bulbs for double the price and they have not lasted long at all. Very happy with the purchase leave the lamp on 24/7 and it works perfect for my tortoise .

The bulbs get really hot. I suggest testing the area before you put it in any aquarium or brooder box. The bulb does not light up it just gets hot. DO NOT try to remove immediately after cutting it off. Good bulb for my brooder boxes and the thermometer is accurate.

Easy to use and set up.

These are great little bulbs that work perfectly for my particular set-up. They radiate a consistent heat and they have lasted several months now using them with a thermostat. In my application they are on less than 12 hours per 24, so Im sure that has helped with longevity, but when they burn out, I will buy replacements. Happy with this purchase and Id recommend these bulbs.

This is a nice white because it doesn’t put off so much brightness in my home, and my dragon seems to be more comfortable with it than the brighter ones
