> 3 dayReally love this pill case, great that it came with two, as I prefer to not have to refill every single week. Holds all of my supplements, and has room for more. A lot better then carrying bottles around. Originally I had a couple of smaller “travel size” cases but they didn’t fit all of my pills and this is a much better option even though it’s larger. Worth it to me, as I carry them to work with me in my lunch bag.

The clear white one holds my no-food-required pills and supplements while the opaque black one holds my eat with food pills and supplements. I suppose you could also use as a Morning or Bedtime set. I love how it makes taking all these blasted supplements so easy. I refill each on Sundays (I started on a Monday) and dont need to remember to take 2 of these and only one of those each and every day. I just look at my Sunday pack and copy for 7 days. Yay!
