Greater than one weekThe olive color - I thought it might be too dark to see anything through, but its actually pretty easy. What I put into it for each day is 3 big pills and about 12 small-medium pills. Theres still room for some more. My friend says it looks comically large but I dont care! I like my pill box!

> 3 daySturdy and roomy, easy to see inside the compartments. Dark color protects the pills from sun light/harsh light. Its good for home use, may be a little big for traveling unless you have to take many daily meds/vitamins. The lids are snap tight to prevent accidental opening.

> 3 dayLarger than expected but excellent quality. It does hold all of my medications nicely and is quite sturdy. Probably too large to use for travel but works at home. Plus I can find it!!!

> 3 dayDid I take my pills? Count how many ... BP, statin, daily vitamin, D3 supplement, l-argenine, C, fenugreek, chondroitin, tumeric, magnesium, and cinnamon. Theres room for a two week supply (at least). Im going to print a divider to separate each large compartment diagonally, but for now food wrap will work. The organizer is the size of the packaging for a LARGE tube of toothpaste. Lettering is large and easy to read. The snap shut lids are easy to open and close securely. It is NOT childproof. There is no spare compartment - but there is room to include a supply of Vitamin I(buprofen) or your favorite antacid - again food wrap to keep them separate. You may find it helpful to drop in a cotton ball, to keep the rattling down, and pills susceptible to wear from damage. (thats why theres cotton in the pill bottles - so they down rub and wear into pill dust during shipping...)

> 3 dayThese have a lot of space, and if you have them latched when you drop them theyre most likely not going to open! That is also a con. They can be hard to open. Have something nearby that can be used to unlatch it.

> 3 dayIm older soooo, this may not be a problem for a person without arthritis in their hands to open. Unfortunately, Ive got arthritis in my hand soooo, theres that. Otherwise good product!

> 3 dayThese were just the right size for my 10 day trip. Instead of have multiple bottles these were very handy to use. I take about 5 pills twice a day (all various size pills) and they were able to accommodate them all.
