Returning. The product is fine but my subway tile is to small for it to suction.

I will have to send this letter to anyone it may care about, I bought your trash grab bars to help me get in and out of the tub, I used one of them last night and thought your product would be an extra help as well as better and stronger equipment on the other side of the tub to help me pull myself up , to be able to get out of the tub, I followed the instructions to mount it on the tiled wall on the other side of the tub. I make sure your product sits securely on the tile wall. To my horror, when I grab my metal pole with one hand and that piece of your junk rail, your rail completely disengages from my tiled wall causing me to fall on my back, wrist, and right buttocks. Today, I was lying in bed in pain!! You and your poorly made Shower Handle have caused me immense pain and probably more damage. By the time I am able to get up and go to the doctor, I will most likely need more X-rays and tests. I am an older person. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. What are you going to do about the harm you have done and/or exacerbated to my body? anything? You are and will be responsible for this lousy product you are peddling! People need to know about this!!!! Have you no conscience? Just trying to make money at all costs, even when people get hurt? I will contact a lawyer if necessary as I will be suing you for making inferior products that exacerbated my condition and may cause new problems.

We already have two of these. Grandpa likes their stability and size and wants to salt them around in even more spots. Suction is never 100% and these are no exception, but theyre up for a good long time.

The bars are much sturdier than I would have believed. I know they will not keep you up, should you fall, but they do give you a sense of security if you have a need to regain your balance.

The suction on these is excellent! They don’t move or slide at all. It makes stepping into the shower much easier and safer! I put one in each shower for myself and my guests.

Well worth the price of admission. Im very happy with this purchase. You dont need two, but two helps balance things if you slip. They suck! jsj
