I was able to peel back just what I needed to use ,and allow the remaining to stay protected. I make jewelry and used this for torch painting. It oxidized nicely. I also found the price reasonable. In the pictures above is the remaining piece as it arrived and the 2nd pic is oxidized and torch painted.
