BIG BRYANS BIG ADVENTURE
> 3 dayShowed up looking good. Used them to connect an additional solar battery. After months of aggravation not being able to figure out why I couldnt get a full charge I discovered that one of the ends on the positive cable was only being held on by the shrink wrap. It had not been properly dimpled. When I removed the shrink wrap the cable in actually fell off. No wonder I couldnt get a good charge. Not worth the aggravation and frustration. Buy from a quality company or make your own cables. Do not trust these people.

06-06-2025Perfectly crimped, very well built cables. Built with excellent quality welding cable, they are quite flexible and worked perfectly to attach my Lifepo4 batteries properly to my RV. Dont skimp with your cables, these are nice!

Greater than one weekMay be a little expensive, but have ordered the 2/0 gauge for connecting from battery to bus bar. I also ordered the 6 gauge for connecting from bus bar to fuse panel. Time will tell....

> 3 dayAfter I ordered these, I noticed all the reviews for improper crimping on the ends. Once received I twisted and pulled the ends, and they were on tight with proper crimp. Maybe the manufacturer noticed the complaints. The cables are perfect for my application. Just a little pricey.

> 3 dayReally well made battery cables for a solar storage application. You wont get them in two days, but they are definitely worth waiting for.

Greater than one weekThe lugs are cheap or crimped badly because they pull off. I was putting on boots and the lug pulled off. Bad crimps can have high resistance creating heat and if they are loose cause arcing both of which can lead to fire. After returning these cables I found batterycablesusa dot com. I bought cables at batterycablesusa and they are very well crimped. I could not pull the lug off and the heat shrink has adhesive.

> 3 dayJust checked my battery bank a year after install and the neg. terminal had pulled out of the crimp. I pulled both cables and all four terminal ends just pulled out of the lugs easily. Just glad it was the neg. and not the pos. terminal that I found pulled out! Could have meant a disaster if the positive had done that and grounded! Maybe newer cables are crimped better, I don’t know. I’m going to strip back the insulation a bit and then solder them on and insulate and reinforce with adhesive lined shrink tubing.

Greater than one weekI bought a total of 16 cables. NONE are the same length even though theyre packaged as being the same length. If you are running parallel batteries, this is a big deal. I contacted the company directly and they replied you probably bought the wrong thing - even after I sent them photos of the packaging and invoice showing all the wires were the same. I will not buy from this company again.
