This laptop ran fast and smooth until I couldnt stand using Bing and Edge and switched it out of S mode. My job is rooted in using Google docs and Gmail. Once I switched out of S mode, everything ran slowly and started to glitch. In short, if you want to use anything other than Edge and Bing, dont buy this. You cant switch it back into S mode once you switch out either.

Product is fast right out of the box, and it is a little smaller than I thought it would be. However it seems to work exactly like it is supposed to and I will most likely post an update later on down the road after I get some use out of it. It is a lot faster than my 6 year old Dell Inspirion which lags like crazy. Over all so far, 10/10.

Very conviennent for what I needed

Meh, it’s ok but not overly thrilled with this laptop. The memory was half filled just by the programming. It’s operation is slow and I’m not sure I can have memory or speed added to it. I can’t get the multi screen to work while the lap top is closed either but it will do for taking care of my personal finances and things like that. If you want a lap top for work, school, picture storage or gaming, I wouldn’t recommend this particular laptop. Oh, it has no touch screen either.

So far so good. Taking off the S-mode function is a little annoying. But other then that so far so good. Very light color is beautiful. Backpack smells funny at first.

The ONLY dislike I have is that its not a touchscreen, other than that I love it! Everything streams seamlessly and smoothly.

The computer is not touchscreen.

I bought this laptop for online research during a post grad program. It lags so badly that I cant have more than 4 things open in total (websites, pdfs, Word or Excel documents), etc. I had to put it away and just work from my older one because it doesnt waste my time with inefficient lagging. That said, if you just want a word processor, Im sure it works great.
