I bought a computer 3 months ago. After a month I updated it and the computer died. I contacted customer service because was under warranty. The female who emailed me was so rude. I lost my money!!! I wish I find the email so I can posted it.

Meh, it’s ok but not overly thrilled with this laptop. The memory was half filled just by the programming. It’s operation is slow and I’m not sure I can have memory or speed added to it. I can’t get the multi screen to work while the lap top is closed either but it will do for taking care of my personal finances and things like that. If you want a lap top for work, school, picture storage or gaming, I wouldn’t recommend this particular laptop. Oh, it has no touch screen either.

Laptop was perfect. However the really nice travel bag that came with it is super damaged by what looks to be a box cutter.

This item did not stay connected to internet, was very slow and had to be restarted all the time. Was slow.

Ive been having this laptop for about a month or 2. Its lightweight, easy to set up, and use. So far no issues. Oh, I completely looked over the part where they say the bag is included and bought two bags for this laptop. So please dont make my same mistake

Computer is very lightweight & seems to be a decent laptop other than the fact that the keyboard messes up & glitches often. I bought this laptop for school have only had it for two days & can barely write a paper because the keys will randomly go on caps lock when it’s turned off half the time it doesn’t work when it’s turned on. Some of the keys randomly won’t work or will do the function of another key. Other than that the laptop seems to work fine.

I love this computer, it’s super light weight, easy to set up, and has decent battery life, I use it for literally everything! I would buy again!

Do not buy this computer ! You will regret it

One of the best laptops I have own. Perfect and has a nice battery life

Was supposed to be new, was used!!! Had to waite for a replacement. Watch out for fraudulent activity. Dont pay for new equipment and settle for refurbished.
