This Computer is just a bit egg in the basket Im so disappointed, bought this item for my studying daughter, very bad item is not working, I need my money back, I try reaching out to the seller but they not able to get to me

I have barely had this product a year and it has stopped working.

Exactly what I needed for college. Easy to navigate especially coming from an Apple user. You know it’s hard for us to use anything else once we are “converted”. That being said, love this laptop. Was so grateful for the year subscription to Word as well, as that program is what is the expected formatting for all my assignments. Sturdy and lightweight and because I’m extra I got it in pink. It also came with a backpack/carrying case. Due to being a full time student, I have loaded the backpack with spirals and books and the straps are separating after 3 months of use. However, considering the backpack was a gift with purchase and doesn’t affect the integrity of the laptop I am not concerned.

The picture quality is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. If I was in a better spot I would return it however I live in a nursing home and dont have transportation.

I bought a computer 3 months ago. After a month I updated it and the computer died. I contacted customer service because was under warranty. The female who emailed me was so rude. I lost my money!!! I wish I find the email so I can posted it.

Its a laptop alright. My issue is that the seller didnt even bother to remove the previous owners account which rendered it useless until I factory reset it.

Was supposed to be new, was used!!! Had to waite for a replacement. Watch out for fraudulent activity. Dont pay for new equipment and settle for refurbished.

My laptop arrived on schedule and packaged very well, plus it can with a quality fashionable charging backpack. I found this HP to be a true value for all that it offers, including a 14 screen, great battery life, large keyboard and HDMI which is hard to find in this price range. Although it had Windows 10 at first upgrading to the newer version 11, was only a click away. Im happy with the speed and overall quality of the laptop
