Im happy I didnt go with the YouTube reviews on this laptop. Ive had none of the issues they described. It works great, the display is clear and its faster than I expected. Its not a touchscreen, but I didnt want that for what I use it for. The battery life is long lasting. I took it for over 8 hours and still had life when I plugged it in again at home. The back pack has a built in charging cord too!

Didnt get the backpack listed. Fresh out of the box and it struggled to load browsers, incredibly slow. Can’t even use for just simple browsing or checking social media without it giving me multiple connection errors. Returning same day.

This Computer is just a bit egg in the basket Im so disappointed, bought this item for my studying daughter, very bad item is not working, I need my money back, I try reaching out to the seller but they not able to get to me

I did not even know this was touch screen, I like the quality it was just too small for me. I like to split my screen.

This product did not work from day one it has glitches all in it like it’s been rebuilt. Complete waste of money
