    I purchased this tablet for someone as a gift while being in the hospital long term. the screen has gone completely blank, I purchased this tablet june 22, 2021 and had it sent to them and im not able to assist them to return it because they STILL REMAIN IN THE HOSPITAL AND IM IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM IN THIS PRODUCT. INCONVENIENCED. WHAT AM I TO DO NOW????V

    I got this tablet and it worked fine for a few weeks. Suddenly it decided not to charge anymore. It was within my allowed return window - so I exchanged it. My 2nd one stopped working even quicker. I cant think of anything I did to cause the problem... I got 2 duds.

    We had to return this tablet because it would not hold a charge nor would it take a complete charge. We chose to receive a refund and we did not replace the desired tablet at this time.

    I bought it for a gift. It is a great buy. Had to have my service provider help me set up the settings because I had problems connecting to the internet. After I changed the settings for my provider, it worked great. It has phone capabilities, but I just got a sim card for data/internet connection.
