I dont know who prepared these tablets but THANK YOU! I was not expecting everything so well organized and so many addons it came with thank you.

This is the third Samsung cheap tab I have bought, after having one last a long time and losing the other. This is the first one with significant app problems. I bought this primarily as a device to watch streaming (and saved to SDcard shows). Netflix was inoperable, and specified that the app needed to be updated. However, there was no option to update the app.

I got this product with one side of the box torn. Called the seller and they guaranteed that the product was brand new.

I bought it for a gift. It is a great buy. Had to have my service provider help me set up the settings because I had problems connecting to the internet. After I changed the settings for my provider, it worked great. It has phone capabilities, but I just got a sim card for data/internet connection.

Samsung galaxy tab A7 worked for less than a week and then the screen blanked out. Communicated with the seller(Mobile Deals), and they were patronizing and dismissive; they ignored my questions and said that because the screens defective no one can access my data. Any geek will tell you thats wrong!! I dont trust them, so Im not sending them a device with my credit card #s saved on it.
