She has had no issues with it and has had it for nearly a week. It comes with a case, which is nice. It also has a stylus if you are prone to using one, but you dont need it. The screen is pretty responsive. Overall, its a very, very nice tablet. If my 71 year old mother can use it, then anyone can!
