I am so happy for the product I received just what I needed for classes does everything I need it to do and a really good price it comes with windows 10 but can be updated to windows 11 once you get it turned on after charging the first time the mouse pad works really well when you have to switch it to the number pad Im very happy all around

El producto me ha parecido muy bueno por el precio, comparado a otras opciones. La laptop se ha utilizado principalmente para tareas ofimáticas y navegación por internet. El rendimiento del equipo ha sido bueno en general (no es muy rápida, pero tampoco es lenta), y el encendido es bastante rápido. Su único incoveniente desde mi punto de vista es la capacidad de almacenamiento, pero puede expandirse fácilmente con una memoria SD si así lo deseas.

Battery life is pretty awesome, Im horrible about shutting down my pc but with just closing the screen it has a stand by life of days. Light enough to carry in my purse, small enough to be able to every day. This was bought for light use but had been pressed into business use occasionally. The screen is crisp and vibrant. Easy to use and set up. Im very happy with my purchase.

I had a chrome book and needed another laptop so I went with this one. My biggest must was I wanted one that could keep multiple tabs open without it being slow or freezing up. That’s why I loved a chrome book but this one has surprised me. I can keep multiple tabs open and it does just fine. Overall great laptop!

Thinner than my old ASUS so very portable. I bought this strictly for using my CRICUT printer. Clarity of the screen is great and for its purpose I am glad I didn’t purchase a touchscreen machine.

The sound is horrible lots of static the picture not good all I wanted to do is do zoom an the quilts is horrible people can never hear me. Did not start using my laptop until a month after I received it but it was to late to send called the company they had me to reset it and it’s still no better I am so disappointed with this product
