I ordered this for my daughters birthday. She was super excited when she opened it however that didnt last long. We couldnt even download a search engine. Didnt seem like it was refurbished at all. Now my refund has been issued less a $75.00 restocking fee. I actually was charged a restocking fee for a product that didnt even work. I could understand if it was for some other reason but this is just ridiculous. Will never order from this seller again.

im not a big user on laptops and would very much stick to my iphone but this laptop is easy to use! its small but easy to transport around and the number pad is useful when it needs to be. you can definitely turn off the original software but beware that you cant get it back!

I bought this machine because I was looking for a small, inexpensive machine with good battery life to use for writing and media consumption when travelling, without having to worry much about it being damaged, broken or stolen.

Much smaller than I imagine but was ok. Easy to carry around, fast enough for my use.

Love this notebook. Everything I wanted. Works great.
