I bought this bag for my husband for an anniversary gift. Its thick leather, well made, with tons of pockets. Its the perfect carry-on size for traveling. Im sure it will last for years to come.

The leather is tops, with full grain and shows a wonderful patina. The stitching is good, but not consistent, which shows why the price is kind of low. Attention to detail is close, but lack the tight tolerance of a high-end bag. This is understandable and reflects on the price. This bag will last a long time due to the good material used. My biggest negative is the carrying strap. It is adjustable, but once adjusted to the correct length, then the shoulder pad cannot be positioned correctly, thus making the shoulder pad useless. The shoulder strap has a decorative leather sewn on top which is functionally negative because it makes the strap feels like cardboard. It would be more appropriate to just use a nylon strap which will alleviate the problem and provide more functional purpose for the shoulder strap. As it is now, the leather piece is just sewn on, looks tacky, and only serves as cosmetic purpose. Overall, it is a good bag. It will give the appearance of a high-end bag due to the wonderful full grain leather used for the construction. I just wish the shoulder strap is as good as the bag itself, not as an afterthought which diminish it practical usage that when you need it most, you found that it is not comfortable and not as sturdy as the bag itself. This is a pity because the metal clasps ends that clips onto the bag is nice and brushed stainless steel which looks very classy. This bag is huge. It is not an overnight bag. It can easily carry a weeks worth of your travel gear. Sure you can use it as an overnight bag, but do you really want to labor yourself carrying a bag with only a few overnight items ?

If you are looking for the perfect Christmas Gift, look no further-buy this bag. You will not be disappointed. This is one of the best travel, duffell bags Ive ever owned. I can literally pack four (4) days of clothes, extra pair of shoes, all my tolitries and still have room to spare. The bag only weights approx. 4lbs, so caring it either by the handles or the shoulder strap is very comfortable, even if its fully stuffed. There are several inside protected pockets, and at least eight (8) outside pockets along with two zipper pockets on each side. The zippers are heavy duty and look great, along with the other metal parts-all super sturdy metal that looks great. The bag is excellently designed to be able to carry all my extras. I always travel with at least one iPad, note book, paper/pen, glasses, wallet, iPhone XR with an OtterBox case on it(and it still fits in almost every pocket) papers from work, and of course snacks that I pick up at the airport. It all fits-amazing. And it is smaller than my old black suitcase which barely fit in the upper airplane storage bins. The great thing about its size is I can even shove it under the seat in-front of me if there is no more storage in the upper bins. Its size is especially important when I catch a ride at the airport, its really nice to have a soft shell bag that will fit anywhere in the car. There are also heavy duty metal feet on the bottom so I never worry about the bag getting damaged while in the airport or outside on the sidewalk. Ive stuffed the bag to the brim with clothes, shoes, work binders, extra computers and no matter how rough I am with the bag-it still looks terrific. I expect to get many many years of use and enjoyment from this bag. Texbo you have designed a wonderful product-keep up the great work.
